1. Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website. It has been built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

2. What we have done

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a skip link and visible focus outlines.
  • Text and controls meet colour contrast requirements.
  • Pages work when zoomed to 400% and on small screens.
  • Images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Forms have visible labels, clear error messages and do not time out.
  • Animation is reduced for anyone who has asked their device to reduce motion.
  • Phone and WhatsApp are always available as alternatives to forms.

3. Known limitations

  • Screenshots of our trading companies' websites are images; the same information is given in text alongside them.
  • Certificates and reports we issue as PDFs may not be fully accessible. We can provide them in another format on request.
