Brief. Consolidate fire alarm, emergency lighting, extinguisher and door entry contracts across a managed portfolio.

What we did. Every block surveyed, logbooks reviewed and overdue items flagged, then all systems brought onto one servicing schedule.

Handed over. One contract, one renewal date and a certificate pack per block.

Fire panel replaced in a 42-bed care home without losing detection

Brief. Replace an ageing fire alarm panel in an occupied care home with no loss of protection for residents.

What we did. Panel swap phased over four night shifts with temporary detection and a fire watch plan agreed with the home manager.

Handed over. Commissioning certificate, updated zone plan and logbook.

What we did. Insurer survey turned into a dated programme, works delivered around shifts with weekly progress reports.
