What you will do
- Schedule engineers across emergency, planned and contract work
- Book access with residents, tenants and site managers
- Order parts and materials and track deliveries
- Keep customers updated and chase paperwork to completion
- Maintain compliance records for contract clients
What you need
- Experience in scheduling, dispatch or customer service, ideally in a trade business
- Organised and calm under pressure
- Confident on the phone and in writing
- Comfortable with job management software
- Based within commuting distance of South Manchester
