DBS checked and vetted

Every engineer is DBS checked, ECS carded and briefed on your safeguarding and sign-in procedures.

Out of hours and term-time aware

Noisy or disruptive work is scheduled for nights, weekends or school holidays, agreed with your manager or bursar.

Emergency lighting and fire alarms

Monthly and annual emergency lighting tests and six-monthly fire alarm services, logbooked for inspection.

Fixed wire testing

Five-yearly EICRs for the building, with remedials prioritised by risk and priced before any work starts.

Paperwork for inspectors

Certificates, logbooks and RAMS provided in one pack for CQC, Ofsted, insurers and fire safety audits.
